The Australian Diabetes Eduucators Association (ADEA) is holding GP focus group discussions to develop a framework that provides GPs and PNs involved in diabetes care with a suggested map for referral of persons with diabetes to:
Discussions will pertain to:
- Role of GPs in diabetes care—strengths and challenges
- Existing referral patterns for people with diabetes
- Trigger points for referral for people with diabetes
- erspective on other professionals in diabetes care
Target Participants: General Practitioners
