Calling for nominations
DA–Vic recognises the important role of diabetes education and the health professionals who help people with diabetes to better manage their condition. The World Diabetes Day Health Professional Awards have been created to acknowledge high quality, evidence-based approaches to diabetes education in Victoria and the contribution of health professionals’ towards improving the lives of people with diabetes.
The awards are open to health professionals at all levels of training and experience who are practicing in Victoria, including those who are new to the diabetes community. An award will be presented in each of three categories for programs or resources that meet the specified criteria.
