A new website has been launched for the Lifestyle Modifcation Program. The website is easy to navigate and provides information for patients and Health Professionals surrounding the AUSDRISK tool, referrals to the Lifestyle Modification Program, first visits and much more. Patients can take the AUSDRISK test online and can print out their own referrals.
