As many of you are aware, MGPN remains committed to ensuring health services are accessible, appropriate, and sustainable to all of our at risk communities.

With our clinical focus on supporting those experiencing homelessness, now ranging from:

  • Delivery of free psychological services through the ATAPS program within community centres for those affected by homelessness, such as Ozanam Community Centre (and hopefully a number of other sites in the not too distant future), to
  • Education and training around self-care and mental health awareness for those working to support these people on the street, and now
  • Groundbreaking research mapping the journey of the patient experiencing homelessness through our primary care services, including the care provided by GPs

MGPN feels confident in building key linkages, while delivering appropriate clinical services, and ensuring sustainable, targeted support systems to this at risk community.
