The Royal Children’s Hospital has updated its referral template.
Please read the simple instructions on how to update or upload for the first time and DO NOT open the rtf TEMPLATE before you have read these instructions. The template can be installed in a variety of GP software programmes (Medical Director, Best Practice, ZedMed and GPComplete). A big thanks to Noel Stewart at North East Valley Division of General Practice for updating this template. The VSRF (Victorian Statewide Referral Form) - is also accepted by the RCH and most hospitals in Victoria.
