It’s MGPN Annual Survey time and your participation will help us better understand what services and support we can provide your team.

There are 2 versions – one for the practice, and another for the GP(s).

The surveys should take approx 10-15 minutes to complete and you are able to enter your practice in the draw for a hamper to the value of $200.00.
