Academic Detailing (educational visits) to GPs in surgery
Visits can be arranged to suit individual time to discuss recent independent evidence for prescribing in many therapeutic areas. RADAR (Rational Assessment of Drugs and Research)

Home Medication Review - MBS item 900
GP referral service to patient's usual pharmacy arranging for a pharmacist home
visit to review the patient's medication management and report findings to the GP for a formal medication chart to be drawn up, with the patient's (or carer's) involvement.
Referral and medication chart forms are available from the Division.
Templates are available on GP software programs
